NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: The KHLOUD X ZIP N’ BEAR Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding RI) and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of Khloud, Inc. d/b/a Khloud Popcorn (“Sponsor”), Zip Holdings LLC d/b/a Zip N’ Bear, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. Void in RI, and where prohibited.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on 06/24/2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 07/01/2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, do all the following:

Like/favorite the Sweepstakes-related post from Khloe Kardashian at any of the above-listed three pages (the “Sweepstakes Post”)
Post your own comment to the Sweepstakes Post and tag at least one friend with that comment
Re-share the Sweepstakes on Instagram & TikTok

Taking these actions requires having an account on Instagram on TikTok, which is free to create. Your account must be set to public so we can see your entry. Instagram & TikTok is not a sponsor of or associated in any way with this Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram & TikTok account. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time via multiple names, email addresses, accounts, or any other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings from Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of posting is not proof of accessibility of the posting to Sponsor or anyone else. Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the social media account used to enter. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the social media account used to enter.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about 07/01/2025. Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry (i.e., direct messaging via the social media platform used to submit the entry selected as a potential winner). No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each potential winner (or parent or legal guardian if an otherwise eligible potential winner is deemed a minor under the laws of his/her place of residence) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

PRIZES/ODDS: A total of three (3) prizes are available: 1st Place: A cloud PR Box (with the dreamy drawers!), including 5 full pajama bundles, 10 total pajamas, AND all 3 Khloud Popcorn flavors (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $400; 2nd Place: 3 pajama bundles, 7 cozy pajamas, and all 3 Khloud flavors (ARV $ $300); 3rd Place: 1 pajama bundle, 5 pajamas, and all 3 Khloud flavors (ARV $200). Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize. The odds of winning in the drawing associated with each platform will depend on the number of eligible entries received via that platform. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ADDITIONAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of California without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in California for resolution of any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

WINNER LIST: For the winner names, fill out the Google Form with your correct information. All such requests must be received within 90 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
