"Love the product - 5 stars. Customer service was non existant. Placed the order 6/22 - shipping info did not update until Monday 7/6. Reached out to customer service 7/2 - never heard back. Randomly order got updated and I recieved package 7/8. Long shipping times. Oh, also forgot to mention before I got my full order I got a 4 bags of the cinnamon within a week of placing with no shipping confirmation. I tried to communicate this to their team so they didnt resend an additional box - but never heard from them… so I guess its fine.
